If you are an MSc Association club and want to host an event, then the following process applies to you.
How to Notify the Ivey MSc Association of the Club Event:
Below click the “Download Here” bottom to receive a copy of the Microsoft Teams event request process manual. In this brochure, you will find instructions on how to submit an event proposal to the Ivey MScA team.
Event proposal and reimbursement forms are to be filled out two weeks prior to the purposed event date. For example, if your club is hosting an event on the 30th, the MSc Association expects the event proposal and reimbursement forms to be submitted no later than the 15th of that month.
(1) Please follow the process on MS Team and (2) email the VP of internal to notify them of your event.
We ask all club executives to please consult the club calendar to ensure your purposed event date does not infringe with another club’s event, and we ask you to fill to please complete the budget request with the utmost detail.
